Shaker Farms Council of Co-Owners, Inc., hereby gives notice this 30th day of September, 2011, of its adoption of the following amendment to the Master Deed of Shaker Farms, which is recorded in Deed Book 4652, Page 323, in the Office of the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Kentucky, and any subsequent amendments thereto, all of which are collectively referred to herein as the "Master Deed."

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Shaker Farms Council of Co-Owners, Inc. ("the Board") wishes to amend the Master Deed; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Master Deed Section T, this amendment was approved and adopted by a vote of more then 75% of the owners of the Units, as certified by the signatures below of the President and Secretary of the Board of Shaker Farms Council of Co-Owners, Inc.

NOW, THEREFORE, Sections O.1. and O.3. of the Master Deed are hereby amended to read as follows:

O.      Insurance

1.      The Board of Administration shall obtain insurance for the Project against loss or damage by fire, and such other hazards as the Board may deed advisable, for the full insurable replacement cost of the common elements (limited and general). Such insurance coverage shall be written in the name of, and the proceeds thereof shall be payable to, the Council or the board, as the trustee for the Co-owners, in the proportion of their respective percentages of ownership interest in the common elements as established herein (or as amended hereafter). Premiums for such insurance shall be common expenses.

3.      Each unit owner shall be responsible for his or her own insurance on his or her unit and the contents of his or her own unit, his or her additions and improvements thereto, decorations, furnishings and personal property therein, and his or her personal property located elsewhere in the Project.

The Master Deed is amended as set forth above and no further and is restated and incorporated herein by reference.
